Meet The Leadership

Dutzer FamilyPastor Richard & Diana Dutzer – Have served New Life Family Church since August 1991. They started off as Associate and Children’s Pastors until June of 1994 in which they became the Senior Pastors.

Pastor Richard is a 1984 graduate of VA Tech with a B.S. degree in Business Management. He graduated from Christ for the Nations Institute in 1990. Diana attended Christ for the Nations Institute right out of high school, where she learned her sign language and is an interpreter for the deaf. Diana is one of our worship leaders. They have been married for 21 years and have two teenage children, Alicia and Caleb.

Together they strive at making New Life a place where the presence of God and the love of God is felt in a very real and practical way and to set the example of serving like Christ.

They have a desire to see the Biblical definition of marriage strengthened to glorify God in which it was intended. They also have a great desire in helping and equipping parents be the godly parents they were called to be, thus enabling the children to become all that God has called them to be.

horn-familyShane & Jenn Horn -have served New Life Family Church and the Burlington community for several years!  Shane is active as a worship leader at NLFC.  He is vital in encouraging people in our church as a worshiper and a leader.  Shane & Jenn also volunteer to help with our Life Groups and they lead Adopt A Block; a project that reaches out to a local neighborhood.

Shane is a local business owner.

The Horn’s beautiful daughter CiCi is 3 years old.
